- Ivan Cole, Founder and Chief Technical Officer
Ivan Cole is the Founder and Chief Technical Officer of Cole Systems. To this day, Ivan spends over 90% of his time on client projects. Over the last 20 years, he has deployed innovative solutions for clients in industries including e-commerce, healthcare, non-profit and distribution and manufacturing. Ivan is involved with the Microsoft Dynamics GP and AX Product Advisory Councils, the Project Management and Accounting Partner Advisory Board, and the FRx Reporting and Analytics Advisory Board. He also maintains key relationships with Microsoft product designers and engineers. Ivan earned a BA in Economics and an MA in Industrial Organization from Boston University as well as an MBA from Hofstra University.

- Dave Weiner, CEO
Dave Weiner directs all areas of the company including strategy, business development, and support. He, along with the entire Cole Systems team, works closely with our customers to ensure that our implementations are aligned with their goals and are delivering tangible results. Since 2001, Dave has consulted on and managed over 30 Dynamics implementations in the United States as well as internationally. Dave holds seven certifications, is a certified AX Master of Application, as well as a PMP certified project manager. He authored an introduction to Dynamics AX book entitled Dynamics AX: A Guide to Microsoft Axapta (ISBN: 1590594894). Dave earned a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California Santa Barbara.

- Ross Riviere, Chief Financial Officer
Ross Riviere is the CFO of Cole Systems, responsible for managing our financial, business applications and operations departments. During his 15 years of service to clients, he has held senior positions at Price Waterhouse Coopers, Weiser LLP, and Mitchell and Titus. Ross is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ross earned a BS in Accounting from SUNY Albany.
